Biography
Roberto “TrainerRob” Parente is an Italian VG player.
During the 2018-19 season, Parente qualified to Washington World Championships thanks to great performances at Italian grassroots and a TOP 16 in Bolzano. Sadly for him, he couldn’t advance to D2 and settled for a TOP 64 at the DC Open.
After obtaining some CP’s in Washington, the following season greater results would come. Roberto made a step-up in major tournaments cutting 3 Regional Championships (reaching quarterfinals at Paris) and obtaining two TOP 32 in 2022 EUIC and Milan Special Event. These last results secured a spot in Day 2 for the first time in Parente’s career.
Roberto attended 2022 London WCS and got his best result so far (finishing 12th) with a 5-2 swiss record the previous day.
