Biography
Hirofumi “hirosipoke” Kimura is a Japanese VGC player and the 2019 Pokémon World Championship runner-up. In just 2 years he has obtained more accomplishments than the vast majority of the players in the world. Since 2018 Kimura has accumulated two National Championships (both obtained with surprising teams or unpopular Pokémon) and most importantly, a second place in the World Championships (which also was composed by rare Pokémon such as Umbreon) after being defeated by Naoto Mizobuchi.
His 2018 and 2019 National winning teams are enterely available in his website and there’s an English version of the last one in TrainerTower. His runner-up team is also available in the official Pokémon site.
