Kazuki Kobayashi is a Japanese VGC player most known for his 4th place obtained in Washington DC Pokémon World Championships 2019. Although he has been playing competitively since 2011, it was not until 2017 when Sun and Moon released, that he could get an invite to the WCS for the first time. 2 years later he qualified once again to Worlds (Day 1) but this time Kazuki managed to reach Day 2 and Top Cut.

Since 2018 Kimura has accumulated two National Championships (both obtained with surprising teams or unpopular Pokémon) and most importantly, a second place in the World Championships

Shoma “SHADEviera” Honami is a Japanese player and the 2015 Pokémon VGC World Champion. He qualified two times to Worlds and competed 3 consecutive years in Japan Nationals.
Ryota “barudoru” Otsubo is a Japanese VGC player and 2017 Pokémon World Champion & 2017 Japan Nationals Champion. Although he made himself known during his huge 2017 season, he had already competed in Worlds 2014 and 2015.
