André “Fumito” Fumis is a VGC player from Sao Paulo. He is known for being the best Brazilian player of the 2017 season, placing first at the CP leaderboards from his home country and, consequently, obtaining an invite to Anaheim WCS where he couldn’t attend. During that year, he managed to get a 10th place in the Latinamerican International Championship
Luca “lucalucario” Lussignoli is an Italian VGC player. He has had strong performances in Regional for the last years. Since 2013, he have qualified x5 times (2015-16-17-18-19) and achieved his best result in Treviso with a 1st place.
Sebastian “Sebas” Escalante is an Argentinian VGC player and 3 times world competitor. In 2015 he reached WCS and finished with a 6th place in the Senior division. The next two years, Sebas managed to obtain some Top Cuts in Regional, National and International championships, getting the Argentinian Regional Championship in 2016 among others. His peak of his VGC carreer has been 2017 when he achieved his best results.
Tommy Valentine “Tman” Cooleen is a North American VGC player from New York. He began playing VGC in 2013 as a senior, before aging up to Masters in 2014. During the 2014 season, he cut 2 regionals in his first full year in Masters. He added 4 regional cuts over his next 2 years playing, but fell short of the win each time. Despite a drought of regional cuts from 2017-2018, he managed to cut the first 3 Internats of the 2017 season with his infamous “Double Duck” team which featured Pelipper and Golduck. Despite not reaching Top Cut in 2018, he did manage to reach Day 2 at the 2 Internationals that he attended.
Gabriel Agati is a Brazilian player who got into VGC by watching Worlds 2014. He is known for being a consistent player in the International stage, having two International cuts on his belt. Despite that, Gabriel has no big results at Worlds, with his only participation ending up on a 6-3 Day 1 record on Nashville, 2018. Although he is one of the youngest Brazilian players, he has already faced (and won) very popular and veteran competitors during his international performances like Federico Turano in LAIC 2017
Agati’s closest friends from VGC are André Fumis and Vinícius Souza and his main rival is Yan “Sogeking” Sym.
Barry “Baz” Anderson is a British and veteran VGC player. He has had strong performances in Regional and WCS for the past 6 years. Since 2013, he have qualified x4 times and achieved his best result in San Francisco with a 7th place.
In addition, he creates content in Youtube about teambuilding, battle spot and analysis.
Dorian-Andrés Quiñones is a Peruvian VGC player x3 times qualified for WCS. During 2017 season he achieved his best result a eighth place in the Anaheim Pokémon World Championships. He is accostumed to shine in the LATAM region and major tournaments specially Worlds.
Khalid Alhuraiz is a UAE VGC player who also heads the local Pokemon community. He started playing VGC in late 2014, and began playing more seriously along with hosting local grassroots tournaments in 2015 and 2016. His first event was the 2017 Oceania IC.
