Gabriel Agati

Gabriel Agati is a Brazilian player who got into VGC by watching Worlds 2014. He is known for being a consistent player in the International stage, having two International cuts on his belt. Despite that, Gabriel has no big results at Worlds, with his only participation ending up on a 6-3 Day 1 record on Nashville, 2018. Although he is one of the youngest Brazilian players, he has already faced (and won) very popular and veteran competitors during his international performances like Federico Turano in LAIC 2017

Agati’s closest friends from VGC are André Fumis and Vinícius Souza and his main rival is Yan “Sogeking” Sym.

Barry “Baz” Anderson is a British and veteran VGC player. He has had strong performances in Regional and WCS for the past 6 years. Since 2013, he have qualified x4 times and achieved his best result in San Francisco with a 7th place.

In addition, he creates content in Youtube about teambuilding, battle spot and analysis.

Dorian-Andrés Quiñones is a Peruvian VGC player x3 times qualified for WCS. During 2017 season he achieved his best result a eighth place in the Anaheim Pokémon World Championships. He is accostumed to shine in the LATAM region and major tournaments specially Worlds.

Khalid Alhuraiz is a UAE VGC player who also heads the local Pokemon community. He started playing VGC in late 2014, and began playing more seriously along with hosting local grassroots tournaments in 2015 and 2016. His first event was the 2017 Oceania IC.

Benjamin “Mination” Tan is a Singaporean-born VGC player that lives in Norway. He is most known for his triple Regional/Special Events win during the 2018 season. Before that, he played his very first VGC season during 2017. He won one Special Event in VGC 2017, placing 33rd in Melbourne International Championships and also qualified for Day 2 Worlds in his region for his very first season.

Javier “Proman” Señorena is a Spanish player and the 2016 Italy National Champion. He’s a x3 consecutive times World competitor that started to shine in the Senior division with notable accomplishments.Although his only Regional Championship was during the VGC 2016 season, he achieved his best result in 2017 when he lost in LATAM IC finals against Ashton Cox (@linkyoshimario).

Paul Chua is a US VGC player and x6 times Regional Champion. During his long career, he has obtained a second place in 2017 NAIC and reached a semifinals in London 2022, among other notable results.

Juan Salerno

Juan “Juanfi” Salerno is an Argentinian, senior VGC player and the 2019 OCIC Champion. He started playing VGC in January due to some videos from Sekiam. He played his first tournament on January of 2017 and since then, he has made lots of accomplishments in the senior division. He qualified Worlds for his first season and in VGC 2019 he has obtained several great results around the world.

David Koutesh

David “Hamstermania” Koutesh is a Czech VGC player. He started playing Pokémon as senior in 2015 and immediately had some great results such as a 12-0 result in nationals. He finished his first season showing his huge potential for the following years, with a TOP 8 in 2015 WCS.In 2016, although he really didn’t like the meta, he went to Italy nationals and got his second worlds invite. David was average from that point on, however in 2017, he was victim of infamous 6-1 bubble, at one of UK regionals he placed 9th with that record, neverthless qualified for worlds that year.

Raúl “Rul” Ramírez is an Ecuadorian VGC Player most known for his 7th place during the 2018 Latam International Championships. Before that, he had won several MSS and Premier Challenges. Rul plays competitively since 2014 in unofficial tournaments, until the official circuit arrival to Ecuador in 2016 and with this he have qualified for the Worlds Championships 3 consecutive times, San Francisco, Anaheim and Nashville.
